Disappointing, I was honestly excited to listen to this podcast but upon actually listening, there’s no advice given at all. He poses common challenges that pm’s would love to have guidance on but this simply becomes an advertisement for consulting with this law firm. I’m not against contacting the law firm for advice, but I’m disappointed NARPM emailed out a podcast that literally says, “NARPM radio answers your property management questions” to hear a 6 min. advertisement.
