Best advice for property managers is one simple thing
Your unit has a leaking roof. Do you wait for the adjuster or take action immediately? The tenant has an unauthorized occupant. Do you accept his rent payment? An owner dies and his only son asks you to send the money to him; do you send it? Making decisions as a property manager can be tough. Many take action on an issue that’s new to them without getting proper advice. Mistakes can be made and the key is early intervention.
